In the last three years, we’ve experienced our most significant growth to date: resulting in 6 regional offices across APAC, and 120 team members (and increasing every month). We are headquartered in Hong Kong, with offices in Bangkok, Jakarta, and Kuala Lumpur. We serve more than 500 brands in F&B and Hospitality, including global names like Accor, Hyatt, Centara, KFC, Burger King, Starbucks, etc..

Catering to Aigens’ business growth and regional expansion opportunities, we are looking for a highly motivated, organized self-starter to join our Customer Success Management team. You will be one of the key influencers to shape the customer experience of our key customers. This is an excellent opportunity to collaborate and work together with some of the best and brightest talents in the F&B Tech industry, furthering your career within one of the most influential F&B tech start-up companies in Hong Kong. 

You will be joining a vibrant project management team, working in a highly collaborative environment. Our team is driven, empathetic, multi-talented, truly demonstrating our enthusiasm and strong abilities in delivering excellent technologies and solutions to the F&B and Hospitality businesses in SE Asia.

What your daily work will looks like:

  • Support project managers in coordinating and managing project activities
  • Break down work into actionable and measurable tasks with the help of project managers
  • Schedule and assign tasks to internal teams and closely monitor their progress to ensure timely completion
  • Proactively escalate and update project managers when deviations arise during projects
  •  Assist project managers in analyzing and assessing risks and opportunities
  • Arrange, attend, and actively participate in stakeholder meetings
  • Coordinate with clients to plan upcoming tasks, clarify requirements, and align expectations
  • Serve as the main point of contact and effectively communicate project status to all participants, ensuring timely and adequate responses
  • Maintain project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are up-to-date, properly filed, and stored appropriately

We are looking for someone with:

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management, or related disciplines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Demonstrates attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated with industry trends and advancements
  • Demonstrates a strong sense of accountability and responsibility
  • Proficient in English and Cantonese (knowledge of Mandarin is a plus) in both written and spoken forms.
